HOW WE USE QC
The purpose of pre-shipment review is to make visible details and basic operation easier to check before an order is dispatched. The exact review depends on the specific watch and the information available for that item.
We separate visible presentation, basic functional checks, available QC media and shipment preparation so each stage is easier to understand.

01 · FUNCTIONAL REVIEW
A practical sequence for reviewing the watch before dispatch, from visible condition through basic operation and final presentation.
Initial visible condition and overall presentation.
Basic crown interaction and winding behavior where applicable.
Basic time adjustment and visible hand movement.
Date, GMT, chronograph or other functions only when present.
Available close-up photos or video presentation.
Final presentation and shipment preparation.

02 · FRONT VIEW REVIEW
The dial is one of the easiest areas to compare from photographs. We focus on visible presentation, alignment and the relationship between hands, markers and displays.
Color, texture, visible finish and overall presentation.
Visible placement, spacing and relationship around the dial.
Visible shape, contrast and relationship to the markers.
Visible framing and presentation when a date display is present.
Visible positioning and presentation on applicable models.
Visible spacing, hand position and layout on chronograph designs.
Visible contrast and position on models with a GMT display.
Visible typography, spacing and overall dial presentation.
03 · EXTERIOR REVIEW
The case can be reviewed from several angles to compare proportion, surface treatment and visible transitions between polished and brushed areas.
Overall proportion, thickness appearance and side silhouette.
Visible shape, transition into the case and bracelet connection.
Visible relationship between bezel, dial opening and case.
Visible crown presentation and nearby case details.
Shape and proportion on models that include them.
Visible reflective areas and surface presentation.
Visible grain direction and contrast with polished areas.
Visible boundaries between different finishing treatments.
04 · CONNECTION & OPERATION
Bracelet, strap and clasp details affect both the visible presentation and the way the watch is handled before delivery.
Visible geometry and relationship between bracelet links.
Basic movement and flexibility during handling.
Visible fit and transition between bracelet and case.
Visible finish, contrast and alignment where applicable.
Basic opening operation during pre-shipment handling.
Basic closing operation and visible presentation.
Visible internal presentation when shown in QC media.

05 · LOW-LIGHT PRESENTATION
When a specific watch has visible luminous details, low-light media can help show where those areas appear and how they are distributed across the dial.
Review the dial, hands and markers under normal viewing conditions.
Observe which visible elements begin to stand out as lighting changes.
Review the visible distribution of luminous hands or markers where applicable.
Visible luminous areas on the hands where the model includes them.
Visible luminous marker positions and relative distribution.
Visible luminous bezel details only where the design includes them.
Overall appearance in the available low-light photo or video.
